Hot Cocoa Cookies – 24 Days of Christmas
These rich chocolate hot cocoa cookies have become one of my daughters’ favorites. It was the first cookie they asked me to make this year. They are best fresh out of the oven and slightly warm. My brilliant daughter, however, warms them up in the microwave for 15 seconds before she eats them. They get warm and gooey all over again. I use chocolate chips instead of cutting up baking chocolate, it is much quicker and tastes just as good.
