Raspberry Almond Shortbread – 24 Days of Cookies
I started making these cookies years ago simply because they were pretty but they have become a favorite. They are a simply buttery shortbread with just a spot of raspberry jam and a nice almond flavor. They are simple to make and always bake up pretty for your holiday cookie tray. You can substitute any flavor of jam but the raspberry makes a nice festive red.
