Kahlua Pecan Fudge – 24 days of Cookies (and Candy)

This is my go-to fudge recipe. There are easier 5 minute or microwave fudge recipes out there but this one has never failed me. It has a wonderfully smooth texture and rich flavor.

You may substitute Baileys or some other liqueur if you prefer. The chocolate/marshmallow mixture will melt and get smooth and glossy if you just keep stirring. I am not a huge fan of nuts so I did not put the full 1 cup of pecans in this batch.
