Rice Krispie Treats – 24 Days of Cookies

Rice Krispie Treats are a favorite in our house. My daughter actually makes them better than I do and I am pretty sure she does not follow a recipe. She puts hers in a smaller pan so they are very thick.

The recipe below is a festive twist on normal Rice Krispie Treats. I actually burned the caramel sauce on my attempt so no caramel layer in the pictures. I would recommend doing the caramel sauce on very low heat and stir constantly so you do not scorch it like me.
