Buffalo Garlic Chicken Dip
- 1 pound + chicken
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup + hot sauce
- ½ cup + garlic wing sauce
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sautéed garlic to taste
- Soften cream cheese.
- Boil chicken until cooked, cool, dice & shred until small and fine.
- Blend cream cheese, hot sauce, wing sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing until smooth. Get all the lumps out of the cream cheese.
- Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, chicken and garlic. Stir until well blended.
- Place in baking dish. and bake 20 – 30 minutes at 350 degrees until melted and bubbling.
- Stir before serving.
- You can also take and freeze before cooking to save for later use.
